I bought this for my APM mini 3.1 & after rewiring and without altering the default GPS settings all seems to work as it should. This seems great value for money. P.S. I took this apart to work out the cable's pinout and posted the results as a picture in the review for this product below ;-) hope it helps someone ;-)

Product works great in u-center and on my quad, but when I attempt to load the latest 3.01 firmware (product has 2.01), it fails. u-center reports that flash DevID 0x4013 is unknown and not in the u-center flash.xml file. It would be nice to have 3.01 since it supports Galileo. Had I known this earlier I probably would have bought another gps module.

It works exactly 5 minutes and started heated to a temperature such that you can not touch. I am very disappointed :(

It is a little bit big for a small uav but the price and the quality is perfect. I'd like to recommend this item to persons who like to build their own uav's using apm/pixhawk. Cheers Banggood!

GPS рабочий. В программе U-Blox сбросил настройки по умолчанию и заново настроил. Спутники ловит быстро. Немного неудачное расположение диодов. Не видно индикации спутников и питания. Так как люблю паять, то вынес диод под верхнюю крышку. Теперь ярко моргает красным при наличии 3D-Fix. Отличный девайс и хорошая цена!

Wrote review and robot deleted it. I am not happy with this product - HDOP no better than 6.1 (While HJ M8N for example has 0.7 - 1.2), Sometimes got 3D fix, most of the time 2D fix. Only bright side is speed - achieved 10 Hz with GPS/GNSS combination, but... Overral feeling is bad - Drone can flyaway due to sporadic lost of 3D or 2D fix. This unit is maybe good for ground survey, NOT for fly!
